Check out talk details: Click on SCHEDULE (next to SPEAKERS and COMMITTEE), then hit VIEW on the right and choose EXPANDED view to see abstracts and speaker names.
Make your profile active to others: Go to SETTINGS, toggle MAKE MY PROFILE & SCHEDULE PUBLIC (under Privacy & Email) to green, and hit SAVE. Until you make your profile visible, you won’t appear as an attendee in Sched—get noticed!
Log in to bookmark your favorites and sync them to your phone or calendar.
LIMITED OPPORTUNITY: If you’re staying at the Hampton Inn and are already in our system for reimbursement, we’re happy to cover your Uber—just bring others along! Meet in the hotel lobby at 5:45 PM to coordinate a shared ride. Let others know if you’re interested via Slack or other channels, find your group, coordinate, and ride together. Just be sure to keep your receipt for reimbursement. Since this is a small amount, we ask that only those already in our reimbursement system (you know who you are!) request coverage.
For those driving, please note that parking is not covered. However, there is a paid parking garage, Block 20, directly east of the building, as well as street meters available.
